Pours a hazy, golden pale amber coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of juicy tropical and citrus hops: mango, papaya, passion fruit, tangerine, grapefruit, with a hint of dankness as well. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by a bright, juicy hoppiness with notes of sweet tropical fruit: mango, papaya, passion fruit and a hint of citrus fruit: tangerine, grapefruit. There is a light, grassy, dankness to this as well. Finishes with a medium bitterness and light hop burn. Pillowy mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
Fantastic NE style APA that has such a juicy hoppiness and pillowy mouthfeel to it that you might almost mistake it for a full-on NEIPA despite the slightly light body. Lovely tropical flavour profile backed up by zesty citrus and a light dankness.

Opaque gold with tight white head; fairly quick cap that left a solid ring and moderately heavy lacing. Strong grapefruit nose, a little dank. Weak bitter grapefruit rind, some mango on the backend. Lite body, moderate carbonation; no astringency. Overall, this beer smells great but the flavors don’t live up to the aromas; and even for a APA it feels a bit watery; still, very enjoyable and definitely poundable.

On tap at Brewskival 2018.
Pours a hazy yellow with soft foam.
Smell is bright and summery, with soft notes of mango and citrus.
Taste is crisp and citrusy, with plenty of tropical fruit in the back. Bitterness is soft, and the hop bite is just right.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific APA, a style the Cloudwater do damned well.
