Pours a semi clear yellow-orange with high, soapy head.
Smell is crisp and fresh, with notes of citrus, white wine and some minerality.
Taste is clean and refreshing, and just a litttle bit tart. Notes of citrus, white wine and a mild bitterness before a long, very dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, with bright carbonation. The definition of effervescent.
My first Brut IPA, and I liked it. Very easy to drink and refreshing, with very interesting mouthfeel.
