Brewed with our good friends from Bagby Beer Co. in San Diego, this Imperial IPA is fully West Coast, using a staggered blend of classic US hops in the kettle for a complex flavour and bitterness, and a neutral West Coast ale yeast for a bright finish to let the hops shine.
Aroma Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic, Cascade, Columbus
Bittering Hop: Pilgrim CO2 Alpha Extract
Malts: Halcyon, Extra Pale Maris Otter, Wheat, Dextrose, Heritage Crystal
Yeast: WLP001

16 oz can from Colin. Stellar IPA from cloudwater, this one in collaboration with Bagby. Aroma is sweet and malty with a hint of hops. Taste follows with some more perfectly balanced Hops and malt, fruity, mildly sweet. Hard to find a flaw with this beer.
