Pours a hazy orange with thick, soft foam.
Smell is citrusy and juicy with notes of lemon sorbet, spruce, jelly candy and canned peaches.
Taste is citrusy and quite piney. Crisp and clean with a way stronger bitterness than usual for Cloudwater. Hints of licorice on the finish and the whole thing is very fruity and balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and smooth, with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific IPA, a little bit out of left field from what I expected.
