Collaboration with Creature Comforts Brewing Company
The 13th and final beer in a series designed to celebrate our first festival, Friends & Family & Beer. Creature Comforts are reknowned for both finely-balanced interpretations of classic styles and elegant barrel-aged beers. So we brewed a mixed-fermentation lager, using a Bière de Garde yeast alongside a traditional lager strain for an unusual, fruity flavour profile. A portion of this beer has also been put into wine barrels for later release.
