Come along on a fantastic voyage because the boat is made to carry us all. Reprising one of our most popular releases from last year, this Double Dry Hopped IPA is an unashamed celebration of two hops that have become staples in modern beer, using Citra and Mosaic, hand-selected in Yakima. Waves of deep, vivid fruit flavour are carried by a full, smooth body reminiscent of tropical fruit juice, and balanced by Mosaic's classic dank, savoury character.

440ml can. Opaque, milky orange with a magnificent cream head that lasts forever. Rich aroma of white bread and sweet orange candy. Tropical smoothie flavour with a dank, herbal, woody edge. Full body, extra smooth mouthfeel and a semi-dry finish. A beautiful, double dry hopped, slightly dank NEIPA.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of orange and mango, as well as some pine also coming through. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly dank, herbal and resinous hops, with citrus and tropical notes of orange, grapefruit, mango and papaya, as well as some pine and herbal weed. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some orange, mango and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

This is another prime example of Cloudwater's signature New England/West Coast style IPA, with an excellent balance of juicy, fruity and dank, resinous, slightly bitter notes that I have really missed in my life. The quite zesty citrus and slightly acidic tropical notes mesh together so well with the resinous, herbal and dank accents here, making this an utter joy to drink, with a great, soft and pillowy mouthfeel as well. Overall, this makes for superb hybrid IPA that showcases CItra and Mosaic hops beautifully indeed.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium Brewery in Canton for about twenty dollars. This is very good, albeit a bit expensive. I would definitely get again.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head.

Smell is juicy with notes of oranges, grapefruit, peach and pine. Crisp and slightly sweet with a hint of licorice.

Taste is juicy with a nice bitterness and plenty of bite. Notes of apricots, peaches, nectarine and grapefruit with a little bit of piney resin for extra depth. Balance is impeccable, as usual.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.

Overall, another great IPA that straddles the line between NE and American IPA.
