This Triple IPA is a parting gift for our much-loved colleague Tae Han Lee, who is sadly heading home to South Korea after 14 months working with us. In Flight Meal is the name he uses to describe his daily staple of instant ramen and microwave meals, and we chose to brew a big, juicy TIPA as it's one of his favourite beer styles. Tae Han, you'll be missed.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, wispy head.
Smell is fruity and juicy with notes of green tea, mango, citrus and some sweetness.
Taste is rich, fruity and sweet, with notes of oranges, mango, pineapple, tea and some booze. Solid bitterness and very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a very nice triple IPA, balanced but powerful.
