16oz. can served in a willbecker. Pours a lovely, translucent, straw gold with a pillowy, one inch, off-white head. Nose expresses big notes of lemon with a hint of something herbal behind. Taste consistent with nose; however, lemon mingles more with the herbal notes and finishes with a light, clean, bready quality. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation shy of lively and a kiss of acidity. Overall, not bad but a little unbalanced for the style. Looking for more grassy notes to be style consistent.

Pours a clear yellow with fine head.

Smell is light and herbal with notes of crackers, citrus and white bread.

Taste is herbal and earthy, crisp and crackery with notes of citrus and a soft bitterness. Very refreshing.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a fine helles, clean and crisp.
