It is not the rock face, but the sky that is jagged.
Without light, there is no visible form.
Step back, outside yourself, and embrace the limits of your perception.
New Zealand Hop DIPA (Galaxy, NZ Cascade, Simcoe)
Aroma & Flavour: Fresh tangerine, soft peach and tangy passion fruit, leading to light notes of pink grapefruit and punchy resin
Body: Full-bodied, soft and smooth with a sweet finish
Aftertaste: Zesty orange and big resinous notes that linger throughout the finish

Beer N.ยบ 900.
Poured to a BrewDog snifter.
A: Body is opaque yellow with bright tones. Head is white and shows good retention.
S: The aroma is very juicy, tropical and citric. You can feel notes of mango, peach, orange peel, lemon zest and in ends with a strong green hoppy aroma.
T: Taste starts off with a small tone of peach and mango that is quickly diverted to a too strong resinous tone incoming from the hops. It doesn't have a properly good finish but the first tones on the sip are actually very interesting and balanced.
M: Body is medium to high. Carbonation is perfect. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is high and good but the resinous tone in the back of the sip may be too much.
O: Despite the resinous hop burn, it's a pretty good beer. Would drink again.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soft head.
Smell is juicy with notes of peach, apricot, orange and melon. Crisp and fresh.
Taste is juicy a a little bit sweet, with notes of peach, melon, grapefruit and a hint of gooseberries. Packs a strong punch of hoppiness with zero burn and a bold, but balanced bitterness. Balance overall is impeccable.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy, maybe a little bit undercarbonated.
Overall, another fabulous DIPA from the best brewery in Europe (maybe the world).
