Beer N.ยบ 900.

Poured to a BrewDog snifter.

A: Body is opaque yellow with bright tones. Head is white and shows good retention.
S: The aroma is very juicy, tropical and citric. You can feel notes of mango, peach, orange peel, lemon zest and in ends with a strong green hoppy aroma.
T: Taste starts off with a small tone of peach and mango that is quickly diverted to a too strong resinous tone incoming from the hops. It doesn't have a properly good finish but the first tones on the sip are actually very interesting and balanced.
M: Body is medium to high. Carbonation is perfect. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is high and good but the resinous tone in the back of the sip may be too much.
O: Despite the resinous hop burn, it's a pretty good beer. Would drink again.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soft head.

Smell is juicy with notes of peach, apricot, orange and melon. Crisp and fresh.

Taste is juicy a a little bit sweet, with notes of peach, melon, grapefruit and a hint of gooseberries. Packs a strong punch of hoppiness with zero burn and a bold, but balanced bitterness. Balance overall is impeccable.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy, maybe a little bit undercarbonated.

Overall, another fabulous DIPA from the best brewery in Europe (maybe the world).
