Pours a pale yellow in color, together with a huge pillowy head atop.
The aromas of this unfold a big, sunny citrus punch, enhanced by passion fruit and water melon, gently balanced by fresh bread dough and lime cake frosting.
Has a truly light and refreshing mouthfeel with a vivid, well nuanced carbonation level.
Tastes of a lighter stone quality, resulting from the vivid carbonation, together with freshly squeezed lime and unripe oranges among sweeter papaya. Offers a bready dryness, which emphasizes the beer’s crisp and refreshing character perfectly well, with an ongoing interplay between bitter lime and sweeter turning malts. Finishes aqueous with a note of blueberries, red currant and maintaining, dry limes among soothing white bread dough.
This drinks very well for its low abv with an astonishing, well crafted depth of flavors.
