Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a large, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with the tropical mango and papaya dominating, as well as lighter grapefruit. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and juicy tropical and lighter citrus hops, with notes of mango, papaya, pineapple and grapefruit, as well as a light, herbal dankness. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some mango and papaya lingering in the aftertaste, Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A very nice NEIPA by Cloudwater that is a bit more true to the style than their brews tend to be, unfortunately, being quite sweet and juicy, with a low bitterness, but featuring a good herbal dankness and sublime mouthfeel. A bit more conventional than I'm used to from Cloudwater, but still quite enjoyable for what it is.
