Heavily hopped with Citra and Waimea, fermented with a modern New England yeast strains.
This beer was brewer to experiment with a yeast strain we haven't used before. Its characteristics, from how it performs during fermentation, to how it flavours the beer, to the residual sweetness and body of the beer, are different to the small family of yeasts we have been using for these past couple of years.

Pours a hazy orange with soft, quickly falling head.
Smell is juicy and hoppy with huge notes of citrus, nectarine and peach, with hints of gooseberries and grapefruit peel. Just an amazing nose.
Taste is even better. Perfect balance between juiciness and bitterness. Notes of oranges, mango, nectarine, peach and grapefruit with hints of citrus zest and grapes. Clean, moderate bitterness and no hop burn at all. Marrying west coast and NE IPAs like no other, this is a masterclass in double dry hopped IPA.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, an absolutely superb IPA, one of the best I've ever had.
