This year, we selected hops here in Manchester that were flown over to us from New Zealand. A year’s weather, unique climates and terroir, and agronomic goals and constraints, show through variation from one year to the next. This single-hopped Motueka IPA is made with a single 8/3/20 harvest lot.

Pours ahazy light orane with soft head.
Smell is juicy and a bit spicy with notes of gooseberries, grapes, white pepper, orange and pineapple with a slight floral twist.
Taste is juicy and floral, soft but intense in flavor. Soft bitterness and notes of gooseberries, grapes, citrus and a hint of pepper. Fruity on the finish. Impeccable balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, another outstanding IPA from CW.
