This traditional decoction mashed Märzen was brewed in kollaboration with Beer Kulture, using finest speciality malts for a rich, deep malt expression accentuated by delicate hopping.

Pours a deep copper ruby with soft, tan head.
Smell is malty and floral with notes of citrus, tea and dried fruit.
Taste isfloral and slightly soapy. Nice malt base with some sweetness and a soft bitterness. Notes of citrus, tea, knäckebröd and a hint of leather.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall leave it to Cloudwater to make a modern version of a classic style that both honors the traditions and moves forward. Good stuff.
