A blend of one, two and three-year aged sour ales with yuzu and salt.
Made in homage to the legendary Oude Geuze of Pajottenland, this beer combined young and old spontaneous barrels with Foudre du Haut, before
being given a cocktail-inspired twist.
Best paired with a reflection on this very moment, that has never happened before, and will never happen again.
Made with time and love at Cloudwater.

Pours a hazy light amber with fine, wispy head.
Smell is fruity and tart with notes of Pommac, yuzu, lemon and a bit of lemongrass.
Taste is tart and fruity with notes of yuzu, lemon, lemon peel with a hint of bitterness. Hints of oak and white wine. TerrifĂc balance between tartness and bitterness, with quite a bit of complexity.
Mouthfeel is medium, vinous and dry with bright carbonation.
Overall, a great sour, balanced and different.
