Pours a light orange with fine head.
Smell is tart and bretty with notes of white pepper, peach, white wine and floral, citrusy and vinous hints.
Taste is bright and tart with a peppery, bretty bite. Notes of peach, white wine,citrus and a hint of bitterness. Vinous and very refreshing, with a crisp and clean finish. Quite complex as well.
Mouthfeel is medium with bright effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a really great bretted sour.
