DIPA with Citra Cryo, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade.
Twelve plus one or eleven plus two? Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Left Handed Giant, this DIPA is part of a side-by-side experiment to discover how each brewery interprets the same base recipe. The malt grist, water profile and hand-selected hops are the same in both but you may find the answer isn’t always 13.

440ml can from Curious Liquids, Glasgow (£7.25):
Hazy, light amber with a half cm, foamy head that's holds really well for the abv. Juicy & quite fruity on the nose with tropical notes of mango, peach & citrus with fresh & lively too. This carries over to the taste with mango, apricot, peach & tropical hips dominating. It's juicy & bitter with an excellent balance, the alcohol content is well hidden & it's really easy to drink with a medium bodied & a lingering bitterness at the end; an excellent beer.
