One in a series of four Imperial Stouts inspired by the skill and finesse of master chocolatiers. A fine blend of young beer, which spent two months in a first-fill Port barrel, and mature beer, aged 20 months in a cherry wine barrel.
This edition received additions of cacao and chile de árbol.

Pours jet black with thick chocolate colored head.
Smell is sweet and rich with notes of cacao, dark chocolate, port and hints of cherries. red wine chili.
Taste is rich and sweet with some fruitiness. Notes of cacao, dark chocolate, cherry wine and some hints of port and chili. There is a very slight heat from the chili, but very subtle.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, viscous and smooth, well carbonated.
Overall, a great chili stout. I usually don't like chili in beer, but this works.
