Copenhagen 13/5 2021. 50 cl on draft at The Dispensary, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N.
Pours opaque, milky, slightly dirty yellow with a small white head. Settles thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sweet, fruity odor of exotic fruit mingling with more subtle citric scents. Peach, strawberry, milkshake. Whiff of grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Creamy, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Not exactly pretty but pretty intense - in the good sense of the word.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and slightly peppery with notes of citrus, peach, melon, grass and gooseberries.
Taste is juicy and a bit dank with some pepperiness in the back. Notes of citrus, peach, melon, grass and grapes. Soft bitterness and perfect balance, cleanliness and crispness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and smooth with good carbonation.
Overall, another amazing IPA, but I prefer Evolution #1 by a hair or two.

440ml can.
L: Cloudy, khaki colour with a thick, creamy head that lasts and leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Becomes more fragrant as it warms.
T: Peach, pineapple, passionfruit, orange. A riot of tropical fruits.
F: Amazing rich and smooth mouthfeel. Like liquid cheesecake but with a powder dry, tangy finish.
O: Fantastic gelato-like NEIPA. A riot of tropical fruit.
