Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a large, frothy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and berry/citrus/tropical hops, with notes of white grape grapefruit and papaya. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly spicy and grassy hops, with berry, citrus and lighter tropical notes of white grape, gooseberry, grapefruit and papaya, as well as just a hint of white pepper also coming through. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some white grape, grapefruit and white pepper lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

I really love the distinct Nelson character here, with some vibrant white grape and gooseberry notes that are complemented very nicely by some citrus and tropical accents, as well as some peppery spice. Excellent body and mouthfeel to this as well, feeling very soft and full. Lots of tiny floaties though, kinda making the glass look like a snow globe on final pour. Overall, this makes for an excellent, very well-balanced and refreshing NEIPA with a great mix of acidic berry and zesty citrus notes.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, soapy head.

Smell is juicy and fruity with some perpperiness. Notes of pineapple, orange, grapes and gooseberris with some spicy bite.

Taste is juicy and fruity with a solid bitterness. Notes of orange, pineapple, grapes, gooseberries and grass. Very hoppy with a nice peppery and spicy bite. No hop burn, perfect balance.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and velvety with good carbonation.

Overall, Cloudwater keeps kicking ass in the DDH game.
