The fourth in our series of beers demonstrating the beauty of Simcoe, a hop that has traversed the spectrum of modern IPA, from classic West Coast to contemporary haze bombs. Its balance of juicy pineapple and apricot with dank pine and herbal notes offers an ideal fit for our house style.

Pours a hazy light orange with fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and a it herbal with notes of citrus citrus peel, nectarine, pineapple and hints of pine and spice.
Taste is juicy and a bit dank and herbal. Clean, crisp and bright but still intense with notes of pineapple, citrus, pine, grass and nectarine. Soft bitterness and perfect balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, an outstanding hybrid IPA.
