This IPA is made with a proprietary hop called Anchovy, selected by our friends Matt & Brian from Fast Fashion, a hot new brewery in Seattle, WA.
Smooth and juicy, it pops with notes of watermelon, mango and tangerine, backed up by pine and a light peppery character.

Pours a hazy orange with soapy head.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of citrus, nectarine, melon, mango and a bit of pine.
Taste is juicy and fruity with notes of pine, citrus, nectarine and melon. Solid bitterness and great balance, despite having a few months on it.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, very nice, despite being kinda old.
