Do any of us really know what normal is anymore? If we ever did. At least this DIPA provides something you can rely on, building on the flavours in our popular DDH IPA New Normal. Citra provides a juicy base of mango and tangerine, while Strata adds characteristic flourishes of tropical fruit and pungent herb.

2 months old. Can to IPA glass.
Look: Pours a hazy light yellow with a large-pored foamy head that dissipates rather quickly and leaves a bit of lacing. Some floaters visible.
Smell: Very citrus forward with fresh notes of orange, tangerine and grapefruit.
Taste: Ripe tangerine and grapefruit paired with hints of mango, passion fruit as well as some biscuity and peppery notes. Sweet and very zesty.
Feel: Full and creamy with a hoppy sharpness. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Another great IIPA by Cloudwater. This time leaning more on the citrusy side, the typical creamy mouthfeel and flavorful body keep everything together providing a smooth drinkability in spite of its sharp edges. Even though this one's not as hyped as other Cloudwater beers it can easily take it up with their best brews.

Pours a hazy, dark orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with a bright passion fruit aroma and hints of grapefruit and dank weed. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, dank, slightly herbal hops, with tropical and citrus notes of passion fruit, mango, papaya, grapefruit and orange, as well as a good dose of dank, herbal, peppery weed. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some passion fruit, grapefruit and dank weed lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Cloudwater have really outdone themselves with this one, even by their very own, high standards. The hops are incredibly juicy and expressive here, with vibrant, well-defined sweet tropical and zesty citrus notes, as well as quite a distinct, herbal and peppery dankness and a fantastic, soft and pillowy mouthfeel. The Strata is clearly the star of the show here, with those passion fruit and weed notes being quite dominant, while Citra adds a bit of citrus zest into the mix. Overall, this makes for a world-class NEIPA with an incredibly juicy and vibrant hop profile and fantastic soft and pillowy mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy light orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy, dank and a bit herbal. Notes of orange juice, grapefruit, melon, peach and elderflower. Hints of spices, pepper and sweetness.
Taste is juicy, dank and a bit herbal. Cloudwater's trademark is being able to combine intensity and power with subtlety and finesse, and this is no exception. Huge and powerful, yet clean and crisp, with notes of orange juice, grapefruit, peach, melon and pepper with some sweetness. Soft, but still sturdy bitterness, and fantastic balance.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, soft, pillowy, smoth and well carbonated.
Overall, a truly fantastic beer. Absolute world class.
