Double IPA is the style that really put us on the map and we've brewed one to celebrate our anniversary almost every year since DIPA V2 was released on the day we turned one.
Befitting a birthday beer, this DIPA draws together a selection of our favourite hops. Citra provides the juicy base, NZ Cascade adds brightness and fresh floral character, Galaxy contributes complex resinous qualities, and Idaho 7 tops it all off with bags of overripe tropical fruit and pungent dankness.

Pours a hazy orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and intense, but still crisp and clean. Notes of orange juice, mango, pineapple, gooseberries, white wine and grapefruit.
Taste is juicy, intense and a bit dank. Solid bitterness and notes of mango, grapefruit, orange juice, gooseberries, white wine and some grapes. Balance is fantastic, and despite the intensity, it's easy to drink, bright, clean and crisp.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a fantastic beer, and further proof of Cloudwater's dominance.
