Part of the 'Together Again' series, brewed with our friends at Time & Tide.
Set up on the stunning Kent coast by 3 friends from Deal, Time & Tide Brewing are fuelled by passion, a sense of fun, and an unrelenting dedication to making the best beer they can. In 2019 they started collaborating with the Deal Hop Farm, growing hops on a patchwork farm in and around Deal. They use Prima Donna hops to make more traditional beers in cask and cans. Together we have brewed Big Fish, Little Fish, a big, juicy TIPA with a light finish showcasing dank Idaho 7, pineapple juice El Dorado, and soft, citrus NZ Cascade.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is juicy, dank and intense. Notes of melon, pineapple, citrus, orange juice and peach. Very hoppy.
Taste is juicy, sweet, dank, intense and a bit boozy. Notes of melon, mango, grapefruit, orange juice, peach and some piney resin. Hoppy as all hell.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, chewy and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific TIPA, just avoiding being a bit too boozy.
