Copenhagen 11/9 2022. 44 cl can from Kiholskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. v. Cream colored can with a green scaffold and a walkway.
Pours opaque, unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam unable of full covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with citrus scents. Sweet malts, caramel, toffee anf hints of brown sugar. Sweet plums and raisins. A bit of lemon and grapefruit peeking in to lighten things up.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and bit sticky. A rough bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry, burnt sugar.
A overwhelming sweetness lightened bit by a bit of helpless citrus fruit.
