Combining time-honoured techniques with new world hops, this Pilsner pays respect to the trailblazers who laid the foundations for the scene we love today, while celebrating the energy and vibrancy of modern brewing. Hand-selected Motueka and Pacifica from New Zealand complement German Tettnanger hops in this bright, crisp and refreshing beer.

Pours a fairly clear pale yello wwith soft, soapy head leaving loads of lacing.
Smell is fruity and crackery with some floral hints. Notes of grapes, gooseberries, citrus, Saltines and peach. Very clean and crisp.
Taste is crackery, floral and a bit fruity. Notes of grapes, gooseberries, citrus, wheat dough and some rye. Extremely clean and crisp with good hoppiness, solid bitterness and oustanding drinkability.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, an outstanding modern NZ pilsner.
