Pours a hazy orange with fine head.
Smell is juicy, sweet and tropical. Notes of mango, orange juice, vanilla, white grapes, gooseberries and pineapple.
Taste is juicy and sweet with huge tropical notes of mango and pineapple with backing by grapes, orange juice and some spicy rye. Soft bitterness with a hint of coconut on the end.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy, but slightly undercarbonated.
Overall, it's an IPA by Cloudwater...

Taste is juicy and sweet with huge tropical notes of mango and pineapple with backing by grapes, orange juice and some spicy rye. Soft bitterness with a hint of coconut on the end.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy, but slightly undercarbonated.
Overall, it's an IPA by Cloudwater...

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical, citrus, berry hops, with notes of mango, grapefruit and white grape. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly dank and spicy hops, with tropical, citrus and berry notes of mango, papaya, grapefruit, orange, white grape and gooseberry, as well as just a hint of dank weed and white pepper. Finishes with a light/medium sweetness and some mango, grapefruit and white grape lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While I was kinda glad to be away from them for a while, man do I realize how much I missed a good NEIPA now, with this one just being fantastic. I would have expected nothing less from Cloudwater, the perfect offering after almost 3 months of starving myself of this sweet nectar. The hops stand out juicy and expressive here, with vibrant fruity notes and a good bitterness in the finish, complemented by just a hint of peppery weed and spice. The dank and slightly spice accents go so well with those white grape notes here, flashed out by tropical and citrus notes and a good bitterness for the style.
