A clean and lightly hazy Cold IPA.
Modern hazy IPAs are typically made with ale yeasts for the rich and potent tropical fruit esters they contribute, that work alongside citrusy, dank, or tropical flavours from hops. Cold IPAs use lager yeasts that contribute very little to the flavour of the beer, and are fermented colder, helping us access and feature new flavours from familiar hop combinations.
This beer is a collaboration with our adventurous Berlin-based pals, Fuerst Wiacek, and was brewed to put all the spotlight on the hops leading to a deep and punchy hop flavour that is full of citrus, grapefruit and pine. Prost!
