Full of the flavour of apricot pulp and skin with a beautiful funkiness and complexity developed by the natural microbes of the fruit, balanced by the gentle spirit and oak of the barrel.

Pour at Brews of the World. Hazy orange golden pour, small bubbly head. Mildly tart aroma, fruity, stone fruit. Taste is apricots, oak, tart, Brett funk.
