Pours jet black with chocolate colored head.
Smell is sweet with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, raspberry jam, sponge cake, vanilla, rum and oak.
Taste is sweet and slightly roasted with notes of dark chocolate, raspberry jam, sponge cake, vanilla, rum, oak and a slightly tart hint. Soft bitterness with some chantilly cream on the finish.
Mouthfeel is thick, chewy and well carbonated.
Overall, a crazy stout that tastes exactly as it sounds it will. Great stuff!
