A fruit-forward ‘Kriek-inspired’ Wild Sour that embraces the deep flavour of whole cherries. Starting with the process of carbonic maceration to draw out the fruitiness of the cherries, we then combined this with a wild beer base to create a vibrant and deeply flavoured beer. The final result is a softly-soured beer with a rich flavour profile.

Pours a dark purple with fluffy pink head.
Smell is tart with a hint of sweetness. Notes of cherries, cherry jam, blueberries, lime, oak, almond, raspberries and wheat.
Taste is tart with a hint of sweetness. Rich with notes of cherries, raspberries, cherry jam, blueberries, oak, almond bread, black currants and lime. Some citrus peel bitterness. Wildly complex but still very drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and dry with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a stunning beer. A superb combination of tradition and innovation.
