This DDH IPA smashes together the best of Northern and Southern Hemisphere hops, pairing Motueka and Sabro to create a juicy tropical IPA.
One of our favourite combinations, these hops are a match made in heaven. Though sometimes people are on the fence about Sabro, once paired with Motueka it creates a flavour combination for the ages. Sabro’s bold creamy coconut flavour is complimented with big doses of Lime sherbert from Motueka to create a cocktail like flavour with a pillowy mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is juicy, dank and a bit herbal. Notes of mango, pineapple, orange juice and gooseberries with some hints of pepper and coconut. Slightly sweet with some lime zest on the finish.
Taste is juicy, dank and a bit sweet. Notes of lime, coconut, peach, pineapple and orange juice. Soft bitterness with some citrus zest on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific IPA if you enjoy Sabro.
