Single Hopped Citra DIPA with our favourite North West Yeast.
Excuse us while we geek out and get all excited. This DIPA is made with a British brewing legend yeast that's thousands (5191!) of generations old from our friends at JW Lees. We're thrilled to update this 2017 recipe and bring back a beer that's modern, bold, supremely hoppy, and about as properly Manc as it can be.

Bevis Maun is drinking a Proper DIPA: Citra Edition by Cloudwater Brew Co. at Sadler’s Cat
Poured on keg at the Sadler’s cat on the night of my good friend Rob leaving to go back to New Zealand. Pours a hazy wheat coloured body with splatterings of white head. Aroma is stone fruit and honeydew. Flavour is lemon sherbet and bitter tropical.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, fine head.
Smell is crisp and juicy with notes of orange juice, lemon, lime, gooseberries, pineapple, grapefruit and lime peel.
Taste is juicy and intense but crisp. Notes of orange juice, grapes, lime, lime zest, gooseberries and pineapple. Soft bitterness and dangerous drinkability with some sweetness and lemongrass on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and smooth with good carbonation.
Overall, another epic DIPA by Cloudwater.
