Southern Cross & Citra DIPA.
This is one of a pair of beers designed to show off the characteristics of Southern Cross, a hop that has flown under the radar, in the shadows of bigger name varietals, but that is uniquely impactful at its best.

Pours a hazy orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is sweet, fruity and a bit dank. Notes of apricot, peach, peach syrup and melon.
Taste is sweet and fruity with notes of apricot marmalade, peach and melon. Dank with a moderate bitterness. Lacks the clarity and drinkability Cloudwater usually brings, and I wonder if this is a bit oxidized.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice DIPA, that falls a bit short of the nomal quality of Cloudwater.
