A bold West Coaster, this is the little sibling of our Crystallography series, with all the hop burst and clean finish but in a lighter and crisper body.
This edition is hopped with Columbus and Strata for full-on dankness, with deep grapefruit and tropical flavours and pine resin on the finish.

Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is fruity, crisp and a bit dank. Notes of melon, peach, gooseberries, lemongrass and citrus peel.
Taste is fruity, crisp and dank with a slight tartness. Solid, punchy bitterness and notes of melon, citrus, peach, grass and gooseberries with some piney resin in the back.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a superb modern west coast IPA. Impeccable balanced.
