The Mountain IPA was pioneered by our friends and trailblazers Odell Brewing Co in Colorado, combining the clean refreshment of a West Coast IPA with juicy hop aromatics, light haze and low bitterness of modern East Coast beers.
We dry hopped this take on the style with a combination of classic Columbus with modern classic juicy hitters Mosaic and Simcoe, bringing the best of both coasts.

Pours a hazy amber with fine head.
Smell is juicy, fruity and crisp. Notes of pine, citrus, melon, te, citrus peel and some biscuit.
Taste is juicy and fruit, crisp but intense. Notes of pine, tangerine, Seville oranges, te and citrus peel. A solid bitterness rests on some sweet biscuit and slight floral hints. Just perfect balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a phenomenal hybrid IPA. Perfect balance between power and crispness.
