We brewed this intensely hopped Pale Ale with our friends from Polly’s to celebrate the Government’s
new found love of 3.4% ABV and our shared pursuit of impactful session beer.
Though we dropped the ABV, we increased the hopping rate to triple our usual amount for this style, with the combo of Strata, Talus and NZ Cascade bringing a kaleidoscope of tropical flavour.

On tap at The Turk's Head in Leeds.
Pours a hazy orange with fine head.
Smell is crisp, grassy and fruity with notes of citrus, pineapple and mango.
Taste is clean, crisp and grassy. Notes of citrus, pineapple and mango with soft bitterness and nice hoppiness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific pale ale that is even more impressive considering the ABV. None does low Abv quite like Cloudwater.
