Originally brewed as a one-off, this recipe was so well received that we had to bring it back... again and again. Each edition of this recurring Pale Ale pairs Citra with another of our favourite hops and this time it's Mosaic.

On cask at Sadler's Cat in Manchester.
Pours a hazy orange with creamy head.
Smell is crisp, fruity and grassy. Notes of melon, mango, citrus and lemongrass.
Taste is so... just so. Crisp and fruity with some sweet hints and notes of melon, mango, citrus and biscuit with a soft but distinct bitterness.
Mouthfeel is rich, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, just amazing. I mean, it's Cloudwater on cask.
