Collaboration with UCHU BREWING
The next instalment of our revered series of DIPAs sees us team up with hop masters Uchu brewing from Japan.
Putting our own twist on their ‘Limit Break’ techniques, this blended DIPA is saturated in hops with a ludicrous amount of oats creating a lusciously creamy and supremely juicy DIPA.

Pours a hazy light orange with thick head.
Smell is juicy and a bit sweet with notes of orange juice, peach, melon, grapes, gooseberries and pepper.
Taste is juicy and intense, but still crisp. Notes of orange juice, gooseberries, melon, grapes and pepper. Soft but distinct bitterness. Superb balance, hoppy as hell but without the burn.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, smooth, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, another barnstorming DIPA by CW.

Pale yellow white colour, very thick looking, almost milky. Smells citrus, hoppy, and what I thought was very ripe fruit, that may actually be dank. Taste is very much the same, though feel could thicker for the style. Nice, but not quite worth this price.
