Crafted from a blend of two bourbon barrel-aged stouts with 8 kilograms of dried cherries and infused with vanilla & tonka bean.
Aromas of ripe cherries, smooth vanilla notes and rich chocolate liqueur are complemented by an intricate spice from tonka bean. Barrel wood notes work to enhance the expression of cherry, while tonka and vanilla subtly steer this beer’s profile towards the pastry realm.

375ml bottle.
L: Black treacle, no head.
S: A robust cherry liqueur. Potent and heavy.
T: Black cherry, vanilla, chocolate, liquorice, black treacle and bourbon. Very low bitterness.
F: Big and rich and oily. Mouthfeel finishes with alcohol heat.
O: A massive sweet & alcoholic stout. Very treacly. Not at all dry. 100% pudding beer that eventually becomes cloying. Best to share one of these between at least two people.
