Hooked On Strata is the next in our series of intense double dry hopped IPAs showcasing the best hops we work with.
This time there’s the big tropical notes of mango and grapefruit from Strata along with the more nuanced undertones of strawberry and guava balancing the heady dankness on the aroma, all with a soft and light pine finish.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft head and thick lacing.
Smell is juicy, sweet and dank. Notes of melon, orange juice, grass, apricot and vanilla with some hints of red berries.
Taste is juicy, sweet and dank with notes of melon, vanilla, apricot, strawberries and strawberry jam. Soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and velvety with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific IPA, but I suspect my can was a bit oxidized.
