Don’t mind us and our geeky giddiness as we come to terms with the arrival of this British brewing legend! Using a yeast that’s thousands of generations old, we’re thrilled to be updating our popular early DIPA recipes with a fresh take.
This time we’ve used the distinctive and bold hop Sabro from the States, which has massive flavours of coconut, creamy vanilla, sweet lime and tropical fruits balanced with a resinous finish.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soft head.
Smell is juicy and sweet with notes of coconut, lime, pineapple, orange , orange peel and mango.
Taste is juicy and intense. Notes of coconut, lime, pineapple, citrus peel and mango. Moderate bitterness and some hints of vanilla, rum and booze.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great DIPA and a great Sabro showcase.
