For this freshly squeezed DDH IPA, we have partnered with our key collaborators, Loughran and Indie Hops.
Strata, developed by Indie Hops, is known for its unique and complex aroma profile, blending tropical fruit, citrus, and earthy herbal notes. Often described as having a distinct passion fruit character, Strata also features hints of strawberry and a touch of dankness. Its versatility and depth make it a standout in modern hop-forward beers, providing a rich and layered taste experience.
Strata is the headline act with a supporting cast of Idaho 7 & Columbus, so your taste buds are definitely in for a bold, juicy, and balanced treat with this one.

440ml can. A herbaceous hazy. Getting much more wafting cannabis than tropical fruit. Maybe just a hint of strawberry? Mouthfeel is rich but slightly acidic and increasingly dry as the beer warms. Likewise, complexity increases as the beer nears room temperature but overall, it’s boozy and weedy and kind of enjoyable but doesn’t quite hit my sweet spot.
