Sul Ponticello arrives like a symphony, a bold clash of intense flavours with a huge aroma of overripe mango. This continues as you take a sip of its creamy, chewy body. A slight pine finish reminds you of the 8% abv, but the overall experience is of a juicy DIPA that leaves nothing on the table.

Pours a hazy light orange with fluffy head.
Smell is juicy, fruity and crisp. Notes of mango, orange juice, elderflower, gooseberries and melon. A bit spicy and peppery.
Taste is crisp, juicy and fruity with a solid bitterness. Notes of mango, gooseberries, orange juice, lemongrass and melon. Phenomenal balance between intensity and drinkability.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated. Maybe a slight whiff undercarbonated.
Overall, a great DIPA, showcasing everything Cloudwater excel at.
