Clean Fusion is an innovative hop infusion process developed by our friends at One Drop in Sydney, Australia. v18 is our first trial and focuses on the brewing industry's wider efforts to invent new and effective flavour extraction techniques.
We've utilised a plethora of NZ hops for this: Motueka, Pacific Jade, Nelson and our first use of Nelson Subzero Hopkief from our friend at Freestyle Hops.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soft head.
Smell is juicy and peppery. Notes of gooseberries, citrus, melon and apricot. Quite spicy.
Taste is fruity, juicy and peppery. Moderate bitterness with notes of gooseberries, grapes, melon, citrus and lemongrass with spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great DIPA, Cloudwater combining intensity with clarity as well as usual.
