Copenhagen 12/2 2023. 37,5 cl bottle from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Pink label with Cloudwater's elegant logo and the name and the basic information on the beer.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as small patches of foam ad thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass.
Aroma is intense with af fruit sweet odor meeting a prominent yet restrained scent of unripe berries and tart citrus. Light touch of funk. Peach and mango. Gooseberries, green apples and a whiff of vinegar. Sour cheese and barnyard.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, felt texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and a austere. Light redeeming sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Tart and dry wild Indian Pale Ale with a light sweet touch just sufficient to make it great.
