Like the inspiration for these beers, we aim to provide an experience with harmonies, excitement and thoughtful expression. Citra, Columbus, Mosaic and Simcoe are our instruments, conducted by our brew team to create a delicious liquid composition.

440ml can. A super complex, hazy DIPA. Overripe tropical fruit up-front and a dank, woody, spicy, herbal aftertaste. Rich and heavy and drying. Not refreshing. Quite hard work, if I’m honest.
