Solid Air is our interpretation of a White IPA, brewed to emphasise softness, opacity and a restrained expression of hop character.
A grist led by oats and wheat creates a pale, hazy body and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, allowing hop nuance to sit gently rather than dominate. We’ve layered Nelson Sauvin for subtle white grape and mineral notes, Nugget CGX to provide clean, controlled bitterness, and Ariana and Citra for delicate citrus and soft floral aromatics.
This is a winter leaning IPA: calm, textural and intentionally understated.

Pours a hazy light orange with fluffy head.
Smell is fruity and floral with notes of peach, melon, grapefruit and grapes. A bit dank and peppery.
Taste is crisp, fruity and peppery with notes of peach, melon, gooseberries, grapefruit, white wine and grapes with some hints of wood. Soft, but distinct bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, chewy, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific and quite unique IPA. Refreshing and super drinkable.

440ml can. Didn’t know what beer style to use to classify this Wheat IPA. Settled on Hazy cos it’s that for sure, but it has a unique (and delicious) flavour.
L: As stated above, it’s hazy… yellow/orange with a tall and long-lasting fluffy head.
S: Pithy citrus.
T: Grape, lemon, lime, orange, coriander and chalky yeast. Tremendous stuff.
F: Medium body, extra soft & pillowy mouthfeel, dust dry finish.
O: Outstanding from Cloudwater. So, so moreish. Perfectly blends a witbier with a NZIPA. Really fantastic.
