Our twist on a classic British Bitter uses one of the oldest yeast strains in the UK from our friends at JW Lees alongside classic UK hop Harlequin.

Tuppence embodies all we love about the classic British bitter, a light herbiness on the after taste, notes of candied honey, pillowy orange and a subtle hedge berry aroma alongside the classic clean boiled sweet-esque mouthfeel and finish.

440ml can. Clear, golden with no head at all despite a heavy pour. A light and floral English golden ale with a smooth mouthfeel and a bitter finish. Not particularly interesting on this cold, grey February evening. Certainly better suited for a warm summer afternoon.
